    SPSS、EXCEL

    How随机:
    1)一定要通过随机化程序实现
    怎么判断?
    1)多次抽样,频率/变化异常
    2)一次性,抽样程序是否满足随机化

    非概率抽样是用主观的方法从总体中抽选单元,方式:方便、判断、配额、自愿、滚雪球;
    优点:快速简便、费用低、不需要抽样框;
    缺点:对总体的假定一般不成立不能推断总体、不能得到可靠的估计值及误差估计值、样本一般有倾向性与偏差。
    应用:
    1)形成一种想法
    2)设计开发概率抽样调查的初始步骤
    3)解释概率抽样的调查结果
    4)抽选参加访谈的个人

    误差(抽样/非抽样)
    非抽样误差:抽样框误差、回答误差、无回答误差(没有获得该单元的数据)
    无回答大于30%的调查结果一般是不可信的。(无回答率;回答与无回答的样本差异)
    降低无回答的方法:
    1、改进调查组织(匿名、激励、选择合适的时间)
    2、多次访问(3次还低于85%,继续)
    3、替换样本单元(替换规则须在调查实施之前确定)
    4、对敏感性问题采用技术展开

  • The Importance of Setting Milestones

    Why Milestones Matter

    1. Clarifies Workload & Scope

    • Breaking a project into milestones and tasks helps you see the true amount of work required.
    • It turns large deliverables into manageable chunks, making workload management easier.

    2. Keeps the Project on Track

    • Milestones provide clear deadlines for deliverables.
    • They serve as checkpoints to ensure the project progresses at the right pace.

    3. Enables Adjustments

    • Helps uncover areas where scope, timelines, or resources may need adjustment.
    • If a milestone requires more work than expected, it signals the need to negotiate scope or add resources early.

    4. Motivates Teams & Engages Stakeholders

    • Reaching a milestone provides a moment of celebration, boosting team morale on long projects.
    • Serves as a tangible check-in point to demonstrate real progress and quality to stakeholders.

The Criticality of Order & Timing

    Sequential Order:

    • Milestones must happen in a specific order because they are often dependent on one another (e.g., design approval must happen before development can begin).

    Strict Deadlines:

    • Missing a milestone deadline can delay the entire project schedule, forcing overtime or requiring extra resources to catch up.
    • Delays can negatively impact the budget, especially if milestone completion is tied to client payments.
  • Facilitating a project kick-off meeting

Here are the key takeaways from the video on facilitating a project kick-off meeting:

🎯 Purpose of the Kick-off Meeting

    • Formal Start: It marks the official beginning of the project planning phase.
    • Alignment: It unites the team around a shared vision, goals, scope, and individual roles.
    • Collaboration: It builds team rapport and establishes how the group will work together.

    👥 Who to Invite

    • Core Team: Members identified in the RACI chart created during initiation.
    • Key Stakeholders: The project sponsor and other stakeholders to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding the high-level plan.

📅 Proposed Agenda Structure (Approx. 1 Hour)

Most kick-off meetings follow a similar structure. Here is a suggested time allocation:

    TimeTopicKey Activities
10 minsIntroductionsTeam intros, roles, and a fun fact to build rapport.
5 minsProject BackgroundOverview of how/why the project started and setting the vision.
5 minsGoals & ScopeDefine boundaries (in-scope vs. out-of-scope), launch dates, and milestones.
5 minsRolesClarify specific responsibilities for the project duration.
10 minsCollaborationDiscuss tools (e.g., Asana, spreadsheets), communication channels, and meeting cadence.
10 minsNext StepsSet expectations for immediate actions and what comes next.
15 minsQ&AOpen floor for questions, feedback, and a confidence poll (scale of 1-5).

    📝 Logistics & Best Practices

    • Preparation: Finalize the agenda and send it to attendees 1-2 days in advance.
    • Note-taking: Assign a teammate to take notes and record action items so you can focus on presenting.
    • Recording: Consider recording the session for absent or dispersed team members (with permission).
    • Follow-up: Send a post-meeting email summarizing key points, outcomes, and action items. Invite further questions.
