越来越发觉，如果不复习、回顾或在其基础上产出的话，笔记做了等于没做一样。所以在7月结束的时候，把8月的主题定为Review。
希望在8月里，把以前的笔记都整理、复习和回顾，有灵感的时候做一些输出，然后在往后的时间里，形成Review的好习惯。
关于项目管理的，不知从哪里抄下来的笔记：

You also need to figure out the scope of the project.
弄清楚项目的范围。
So you can determine what resources and time will be needed to complete the project.

有三种懒惰。一，把所有时间用在吃饭和睡觉上；二，告诉自己，像我这样的人绝对不可能达到完美；三，把生命浪费在此等重要的工作上，永远不去面对最精要的问题。
